Hi Hemant, Although the years of experience plays a factor but it also depends on how well you know your current project ad implement complex stories by yourself with little guidance. If an individual knows about the project and able to come up with LLD of a new feature, implement it and able to take it to production, then they are ready for SDE II roles. Also expectations for a role, it very subjective to any particular organization.
